1. Eligibility Criteria

Renter must be at least 21 years of age and possess an unexpired commercial or private four-wheeler light motor vehicle driver's license valid in India.

2. Permissible Usage

Vehicles must not be used for illegal activities, street racing, towing other vehicles, or sub-leasing. Smoking and transporting hazardous goods inside the vehicle is strictly prohibited.

3. Handover and Return

Vehicles must be returned to the agreed drop hub at or before the designated return timestamp. Late returns beyond the grace period of 30 minutes may incur hourly overstay charges.
